Hotel Bristol, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Vienna

My Christmas stay at this hotel was good. the room I stayed in was beautifully renovated and spacious, with elegant furnishings. the hotel's location was perfect, centrally situated and offering amazing views of the city. And lastly, the service provided by the staff was perfect, from the concierge who helped us with all our needs to the friendly reception staff who made us feel welcomed.

The only drawback I found was the pricey bar in the hotel. this was easily resolved by exploring the nearby cafes and restaurants with a wider range of options at more affordable prices.

The hotel, situated on a centuries-old farm run by a 3rd generation happy family, offers stunning views and a convenient location in a beautiful valley at the foot of Catbells. The cleanliness of the rooms, along with the comfortable beds, made for a truly relaxing stay. The breakfast was wonderful, with a wide variety of options including oatmeal porridge. The staff were friendly and determined to be as helpful as possible.

The hotel is perfectly located directly opposite the opera, making it incredibly convenient for those wanting to immerse themselves in Vienna's cultural scene. The rooms are well-designed, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of either the Kaertnerstrasse or the Opera. The staff is welcoming and professional, providing excellent service throughout the stay. Guests can enjoy complimentary chocolates and bottled water, adding a nice touch to their experience.

I couldn't have been happier with the value for my money at Hotel Bristol. The room was spacious, clean, and had a balcony with a fine view of the opera house. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything and easy to get around.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with the Opera and main tourist attractions within walking distance. The interiors of the lobby and restaurant are beautiful and have a historic atmosphere. Welcome champagne and daily bottled water in the room.

Great staff, always going above and beyond with a smile. Super attentive turndown service and small details like apple bowls on every floor and coffee in the lobby made us feel pampered. The bar was a highlight, offering delicious cocktails and a knowledgeable bartender. The rooms, although on the smaller side, were well laid out and never felt cramped. The floor-to-ceiling windows with a tiny balcony provided fine views of the city.

The layout of the restaurant was a bit strange, with sofas and a coffee area in the middle. The bottled water was pricey, and it would have been nice to have the option of tap water.

Street noise disturbed our sleep.

I recently stayed at Hotel Bristol for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The staff was outstanding, from the front desk to housekeeping, always friendly and helpful. The little touches like chocolates at turndown and a postcard of facts were lovely. The attention to detail was impressive, with flowers, fruit, and wine in our room upon arrival. I also appreciated the bottled water provided daily. The location was excellent, and our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We even had two small balconies which was great for smokers. The bar had a great selection of spirits, and the staff was amazing. The staircase and elevator were unique and added to the charm of the hotel. it was a wonderful stay.

This venue provided an exceptional luxurious stay. the room was spacious with exclusive amenities, such as a deep soaking tub and plush bedding that made me feel pampered. the staff was attentive and always available to assist. I especially enjoyed the restaurant, with top-notch cuisine and a romantic ambiance.

The only minor issue I encountered was the noise level. Though there were double-pane windows, the street noise penetrated the room somewhat, which disturbed my sleep.

I loved the central location of this hotel, right in the heart of the city, just steps away from the Opera House. The convenience of being near the center of this beautiful city made exploring Vienna so easy. the breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious and the staff at the hotel were polite and helpful.

The epitome of luxury. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The bellman, porter, and front desk staff were all courteous and cute. The check-in process was effortless, and we knew we were in for a special stay when we were handed the key to our beautiful room. The spacious and well-decorated room was awesome, with a bed so comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud. The only minor inconvenience was the European TV, but we didn't mind, as there were so many other wonderful things to enjoy. The bartender in the hotel bar and the concierge were pretty good too make us feel special, providing really good service. The food service was excellent, we had a good dining experience. choosing this hotel guarantees a stay of a lifetime.

The hotel is in a fantastic location right across the street from the opera house. You can easily walk to many historical sights, like the Saint Stephen's Cathedral, which has been standing since 1160. Being in the center of the city, you'll have everything at your fingertips. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate area for the toilet and a bathtub. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast options were extensive. Plus, you could enjoy a view of the famous church from the balcony.

The concierge service could be improved.

As party people, we loved the central location and helpful staff. The breakfast in our room was delicious and ample. The concierge provided great advice for purchasing opera tickets directly from the Opera House. The hotel had a charming old Vienna feel with modern amenities. We enjoyed the green apples in the hallway and the coffee in the lobby. a perfect stay for our party needs.

We felt truly looked after, no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. From the moment I walked in, I was awed by the opulent decor. the room was spacious and had exclusive amenities, such as a jacuzzi and a private dining area. the restaurant had a menu that catered to special diets, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing with a drink. the location was ideal for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance.

The only minor issue I encountered was the service, which was patchy at times. Some staff members didn't seem to know what they were doing, and things didn't always happen on time.
